Altitude Apple Cider Vinegar

Hayley has been working on a vinegar range for her Altitude produce company from 14 years of age. The apple cider vinegar is a super concentrated vinegar which will work well with most salad dressings and deglazing. We are so proud of her initiative and drive and look forward to her future vinegar products (from red wine).

One of Hayley's favourite recipes is a simple salad dressing using some favourite Farmer's market ingredients.·

   Hayley's Altitude Apple Cider vinegar salad dressing

                  ⅓ cup Ploughman's Hill olive oil 

·                 ¼ cup Altitude apple cider vinegar 

·                 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 

·                 1 tbsp. Mountain flow honey 

·                 1 garlic clove, minced 

·                 ½ tsp. salt 

·                 ½ tsp. pepper 

Place all ingredients into a jar and shake for a good 30-60 seconds, until combined. Enjoy
