Friday 16th October
Night Markets 5-9pm
In Robertson Park a great start to the wine festival, no bookings necessary, just show up and choose from a wide range of local food and wine vendors. Don't miss our stand to sip on your favourite Orange Mountain wine.
Saturday 17th October
Progressive lunch @ Borenore 12.00 - 4pm
Join the Progressive Borenore community for a lunch in our vineyards, orchards and wineries for a complete paddock to plate, vine to wine experience.
Orange Mountain Estate and Hillside Harvest will treat you to a local gastronomic feast matching our exceptional cool climate wines and produce in the beautiful setting of Borenore.
Wander through a four course feast in our orchard and vineyard, into the winery and finally complete the journey where you began at the sweet spot of Hillside Harvest.
$130 pp all inclusive (beautiful non alcoholic drinks for those who select not to drink alcohol)
Starting Midday at Hillside Harvest and finishing at 4 pm back at Hillside Harvest.
Sunday 18th October
Trees and Vines walking tour 9.30 - 11am
The Trees and Vines tour is a 1.5-hour guided walk through Hillside Harvest orchard and Orange Mountain Estate vineyard in Borenore. Led by local experts, the growers themselves, participants explore the fruit orchard and working winery to learn about seasonal fruit cultivation, winemaking processes, and the region's unique climate and soil. The authentic experience connects visitors directly to the land. Stay a while longer to enjoy the farms with optional add-ons including a local wine tasting or a grazing box to enjoy on-site.
Sip and Create 2.00-5.30pm
Welcome to our packing shed studio, with sweeping views of Mt. Canobolas and the tranquility of the countryside. With guidance from local artist Kerrie Stewart, settle in for coffee and cake while you create your own masterpiece.
Next it is on to Orange Mountain Wines with Terry and Julie for a winery experience in their working winery where they will take you on a tour through the vineyard and winery before gathering in the tasting room to sample their hand-crafted basket pressed wines.
