The Interval Sauvignon Blanc 2021 was made from grapes grown at a mean contour Interval of 600 meters above sea level. This light and refreshing wine display’s herbaceous aromas of gooseberry, cut grass with tropical fruit and some citrus characters. A tight acid structure allows this wine to pair nicely with light cuisine and would be perfect served ice cold in summer with fresh seafood or maybe chargrilled octopus and pizza!!
