750 ml This 2022 wine is made in the Pinot Gris style and is the first Pinot Gris produced by Orange Mountain Estate. A lifted aroma of pear, quince and apple with floral notes and a hint of citrus meld seamlessly with elegant spicy flavours. Complexity and texture are the result of a warm ferment and a high ratio of solids in the ferment. This wine is best consumed with food and will pair with so many types of cuisine. Please try it with Asian, the spicier the better!!
