The 2022 Syrah is our first wine of this style, made from the Shiraz grape in an “ Old World Style”. Thanks in part to the very cool 2022 vintage I have produced a wine that is lighter in body and alcohol, with delicate fine grain tannins. Soft spicy red fruits with a lovely perfume and savoury palate are the characteristics of this wine. Syrah loves grilled foods such as tuna, salmon, lamb sausages or steak. Even some tasty grilled vegetables.
