The 2021 Orange Mountain Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures and then matured in French and Hungarian Oak Barrels for 12 months. This wine exhibits aromas of white peach, butterscotch and spice. Delicate flavours of pear, stone fruit and cashew dominate the palate. A complex style that will reward careful cellaring.
