The 1397 Shiraz / Viognier 2021 is an elegant style that displays a silky and savoury palate with raspberry and cherry flavours and fine-grained tannins. After an 18-month maturation in new French oak barrels it was blended and bottled without filtration or fining to enhance the wines delicate attributes.
