This 2017 Shiraz / Viognier is an elegant cool climate style that displays a silky and savoury palate with raspberry and cherry flavours and fine grained tannins. After 18 months maturation in new and 1 year old French oak barrels it was blended and bottled without filtration or fining to enhance the wines delicate attributes. After 4 years of cellaring this wine is looking fantastic and continues to improve with time.
