2023 Orange Mountain Viognier ***
$38.00
The 2023 Viognier is another great Terry Dolle Viognier. Terry’s success with Viognier has a long history, he was put on the Viognier list with his 2014 Viognier gaining a highly regarded ’97 points and consistently scoring 95 points for subsequent vintages. The 2023 viognier is an aromatic and full flavoured wine that displays floral and spicy aromas with characters of musk, stone fruit and pear. The wine was matured in large 500L French oak hogshead barrels for 12 months. This toasty oak brings vanilla characters that support the stone fruit and citrus flavours with a spicy long finish. A great wine to accompany poultry, rich seafood dishes and Asian cuisine.
